Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain meticulous stock records
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Inspect and pack orders with precision to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order processing
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
