Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments and verify inventory accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and effectively
- Pick, pack, and label orders with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain organized storage systems and optimize warehouse layout
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently and stand for extended periods
- Strong organizational skills with detail-oriented mindset
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
