Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products using industry-standard equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through barcode scanning systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely after completing our certification program
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Participate in rotating weekend shifts and overtime assignments
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required for all roles)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-provided)
