Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Manage inventory with cycle counting and stock replenishment
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification preferred)
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse facilities
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Inspect goods for quality assurance before shipping
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license (if operating equipment)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Forklift certification a plus
