Responsibilities
- Unloading and organizing incoming shipments with precision
- Picking, packing, and labeling orders for timely dispatch
- Operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintaining accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Adhering to OSHA safety protocols and best practices
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for operational efficiency
- Participating in regular cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
