Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload inbound shipments while verifying documentation accuracy
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse zones using FIFO protocols
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience; entry-level candidates welcome
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
