Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing shipments for quality control
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Assist in warehouse optimization projects and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid CA driver's license (for yard operations)
