Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage merchandise for shipment to meet daily KPIs.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and within OSHA guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve logistical issues and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and logging inventory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
