Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated areas
- Inspect products for quality and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Assist with inventory audits and shipment preparations
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Way, Bakersfield
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment
