Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using company-provided equipment
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery (training included)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts and documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Assist with receiving and processing incoming shipments
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
