Responsibilities
- Efficiently move and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain warehouse records
- Load/unload trucks and prepare shipments for distribution
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Operate warehouse management systems (training provided)
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation to our Illinois facility
