Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock inventory in temperature-controlled warehouse
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials efficiently
- Pick and pack orders with precision for timely shipment
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Document inventory counts and shipping/receiving records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Flexible schedule including nights/weekends for overtime
