Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and pack customer orders using handheld scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain accurate inventory records through real-time updates
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and ergonomic standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Support facility cleanliness and organization
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
