Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and scan incoming inventory with precision
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and conveyor systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and resolve discrepancies
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Comfortable standing/walking for 8-10 hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
