Responsibilities
- Scan, sort, and organize incoming inventory with precision
- Pick customer orders using RF scanners and mobile devices
- Pack and ship orders to meet daily performance targets
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and aisles
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanners
- Reliable transportation to the 37th Street facility
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Team player with strong work ethic
