Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining accuracy records
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing inventory with precision
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
- Urgently address time-sensitive shipments and special requests
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and inventory system experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
