Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments accurately
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications
- Maintain organized inventory in warehouse systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Inspect products for quality and damage
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity goals
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain clean work area
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to shift location
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Willingness to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- No prior warehouse experience required
