Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precisionOperate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - training provided)
- Maintain organized inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Perform routine warehouse cleaning and maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
- Background check and drug screen required
