Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated zones
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment following safety protocols
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain precise inventory records
- Inspect products for quality assurance before shipment
- Maintain clean, organized workspace per 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
