Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/untract freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual lifting
- Inspect, sort, and verify incoming/outgoing inventory with precision
- Maintain organized storage areas following FIFO protocols
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily/weekly production goals
- Complete accurate documentation for inventory tracking
- Uphold 5S standards for cleanliness and workplace safety
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver's license preferred
