Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Perform quality checks on products before loading/delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or industrial experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
