Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual lifting
- Sort, organize, and inventory incoming/outgoing products with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain clean work areas
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment following quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
