Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual lifting
- Scan and verify inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Organize and maintain clean, efficient storage areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing materials
- Operate warehouse equipment including electric pallet jacks and conveyors
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with experience using RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid Florida driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Background check and drug test required
