Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with safety protocols
- Unload and sort inbound shipments with speed and precision
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock locations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company procedures
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible hours
