Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily targetsMaintain clean and organized warehouse space following safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits monthly
- Collaborate with team members to meet shift productivity goals
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Reliable transportation and flexible weekend availability
