Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying documentation and inventory counts
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyor systems) following OSHA standards
- Maintain organized storage areas and perform regular cycle counts for inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards
- Conduct quality control checks on products before shipment
- Assist with warehouse cleanliness, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance
- Document all activities using warehouse management systems (WMS)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for weekend shifts
- Ability to work overtime as needed (up to 12 hours/day)
- Team player with effective communication skills
