Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and timeliness.
- Pick and pack orders with precision using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification.
- Maintain inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment targets.
- Uphold OSHA safety standards and 5S organizational practices.
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and dock coordination.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—training provided on day one.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory verification and order processing.
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass background check.
