Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle incoming/outgoing shipments using RF scanners and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle counts per company protocols
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Pack, label, and stage products for shipment ensuring quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and maintain clean workspaces
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license preferred
