Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Load/unload trucks and organize storage facilities for optimal space utilization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification provided)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
