Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and verify incoming shipments against manifests
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with certification training
- Pick and pack orders accurately for customer delivery
- Maintain organized inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Stamina to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a temperature-controlled environment
- Basic math skills for inventory and order processing
- Reliable transportation to our DC facility
- Willingness to obtain OSHA forklift certification (company-sponsored)
