Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle, scan, and organize inventory using RF scanners and pallet jacks
- Load/unload shipments with precision and adhere to safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate forklifts (certification provided) and warehouse machinery
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Uphend 5S standards for workplace organization and cleanliness
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Valid driver's license (Class B preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
