Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily targets
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory counts and warehouse cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Participate in cross-functional tasks as business needs evolve
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital scanning tools
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in varied temperatures
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
