Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (training provided)
- Maintain inventory counts and documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Assist with shipping/receiving processes as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy (WMS systems)
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability (including weekends if required)
