Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming/outgoing shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification training provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality control standards
- Document transactions and warehouse activities in digital systems
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid government-issued photo ID and proof of work eligibility
- Pass background check and drug screening (pre-employment)
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, physically active environment
