Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts to move materials throughout 500,000 sq ft facility
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company SOPs at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend shipping deadlines
- Stack and organize pallets efficiently in designated storage zones
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (5 AM - 1 PM or 1 PM - 9 PM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
