Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts in high-traffic warehouse environments
- Load/unroll trailers with precision using electronic scanners
- Perform pre-shift inspections and daily maintenance documentation
- Maintain OSHA compliance through proper stacking and palletizing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient inventory control
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Train junior operators on safety protocols and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (current/renewable)
- 2+ years experience in warehouse logistics
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8+ hour shifts
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible availability (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
