Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload palletized materials in compliance with OSHA standards
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records through warehouse management system
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading dock efficiency
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for hazardous material handling
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization initiatives
- Assist in cycle count processes and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through company training)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating sit-down forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Clear communication skills in English
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun, 6AM-2PM)
