Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation of material movements
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and productivity
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization throughout shift operations
- Support loading/unloading of trucks and containerized shipments
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-2PM)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
