Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment before/after shifts
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory logs and documentation
- Collaborate with weekend team leads to meet daily production goals
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year forklift operation experience in warehouse setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to our Cleveland facility
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
