Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Follow inventory control procedures and document material movements accurately
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily operational goals and deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to prevent accidents
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counting activities
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or forklift operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for weekend shifts
