Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts in a warehouse environment
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Collaborate with weekend receiving/shipping teams
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- 1+ years warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking
- Relliable transportation to industrial park location
