Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials within warehouse and loading dock areas
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Manage inventory scanning and documentation using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely order fulfillment
- Assist with warehouse layout optimization and process improvements
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license with 1+ years experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays with possible holiday shifts
