Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision while adhering to safety protocols
- Inventory management and accurate documentation of stock movements
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to meet OSHA standards
- Collaborate with weekend team to meet daily production targets
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support cross-functional warehouse activities as assigned
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain during onboarding)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Reliable weekend availability (6 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently in a team environment
