Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials within warehouse and dock areas
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation of material movements
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with weekend team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization standards are maintained
- Assist in receiving, stacking, and organizing palletized goods
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience in warehouse setting
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM schedule)
- Physical stamina to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate in varying temperatures
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
