Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Verify inventory counts and document discrepancies in warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize weekend workflow and meet deadlines
- Assist in receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one upon hire)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
