Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are strictly followed at all times.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and documentation.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure efficient workflow during peak weekend hours.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit to perform duties requiring lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
