Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and organize inventory with precision.
- Load and unload trailers, ensuring accurate placement of goods.
- Conduct pre-shift safety inspections of equipment and report any maintenance issues.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company SOPs to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA compliant).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic math skills for inventory handling.
