Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up) for material handling and inventory movement
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Support loading/unloading operations with precision and speed
- Contribute to 5S workplace organization standards
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 7 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun)
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
