Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload products safely
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation of warehouse activities
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity
- Ensure proper stacking and organization of materials in designated areas
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and processing incoming shipments
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license (state of Arizona preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to our Phoenix facility
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided by employer)
