Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load/unload trucks and organize warehouse inventory
- Execute weekend shift schedules with precision while adhering to OSHA safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with accuracy using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, including dock zones and storage racks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Identify equipment maintenance needs and report operational issues promptly
- Complete required documentation for material movements and quality control
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license with minimum 1 year experience
- Proven ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and material handling best practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
